Once you stop taking PRILIGY you will need to wait 7 days before taking these medications/herbal products. you have a history of mania or severe depression.

you have heart problems, such as heart failure or problems with the heart rhythm. you have moderate to severe liver problems. you are prone to fainting or passing out caused by a temporary drop in blood pressure (Syncope).

• The usual starting dose of dapoxetine is 30mg, increased to 60mg if needed.
• 30mg tablets come in film-coated forms for easier swallowing.
• The drug is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to dapoxetine.
• No significant effect on fertility or long-term sexual function reported.
